I get asked a lot about what to eat if you want to try being Vegan or even Vegetarian. So many of us (including myself) can't imagine a meal without chicken, beef or turkey as the main dish. So HERE is a post I did about what I ate when I first attempted a Vegan/Vegetarian lifestyle.

Vegan Italian Sausage. That's right! No meat, no dairy & no animal products. And if you don't tell anyone, they will NEVER know that they are not eating meat.
