Today is Day 14 of the 90 Day Bikini Body Mommy Challenge. I'm so happy that today is rest day! Yesterday was tough but I got in my 45 minutes of cardio. I was just SO tired and I didn't get out of bed in the morning so I had to do it in the evening.
Monday was Day 12 and it was the fitness test:
I didn't record my stats for the first fitness test but here are my stats for the Day 12:
Fitness Test 5/27/13
Speed Squats - 23
High Knees - 130
Push Ups - 19
Squat Jumps - 20
Tricep Dips - 18
Burpees - 10
Lunges - 18
Although I didn't record my numbers from the first test I know that I definitely did better and didn't struggle as much!
For those of you who are going to start this challenge on June 1st, I suggest downloading the Interval timer app for your phone. The app that is linked is for the iPhone but it is on the Android as well. It took me a few minutes to figure it out, but here are the settings for getting the timer set up correctly:

I'm so proud that I still doing this challenge. Like I've said before, I always start out with such great momentum and then loose speed a couple weeks into a challenge! There are so many motivational blogs and websites that keep me going each day!
