CURRENTLY
This weeks themes:
missing, reading, drinking, eating, planning
I am currently missing working out. I know that sounds crazy, but I really fell off the wagon with my exercising and I feel like something is missing from my routine. I plan on getting a run in this weekend finally and getting back on track.
Currently, I am reading nothing. Besides a bunch of blogs of course. I need some suggestions for a good book series. The last series I read was Fifty Shades of Grey. I've been thinking of reading The Hunger Games Series. Any suggestions on some good reads?
Now I am currently drinking Reliv Now. It's a great dietary supplement and it's a great way to get all your vitamins in. They have all sorts of great products including an energy drink called Innergize and an energy shot (similar to 5 hour energy) called 24K. But the best thing about their energy drinks is that they have no caffeine. All the energy comes from c vitamins, minerals and amino acids to give you added energy, promote oxygen absorption and boost your immune system. If your interested in trying any of these products, shoot me an email and we can get you stared. I love them!
I am eating nothing right now. I had my Reliv NOW shake this morning at 6:30 and I am still not hungry. But for lunch today I am having a "clean" spinach salad. Need to get back on track!
I am planning on having a Wildtree party. Have you every heard of this? I just discovered this and I am pretty excited. I want to do a Freezer meal workshop where me and my guests will put together 10 freezer meals. Best part is that all their products are certified organic! You spend one hour on a Sunday afternoon and you have TEN MEALS ready! I'll let you know how it goes.
Hi!! I'm a new follower!! If you liked 50 Shades of Grey there is another series like that called the Crossfire series. They are very similar, but this one has a better plot line. :) I just started a new blog about getting myself fit. I'd love some input how to keep on track!! fittin-it-in.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteDefinitely go for the Hunger Games. However, if you are looking for something more meaningful with a learning opportunity, try The Hare with the Amber Eyes.
