Workout Wednesday: Bikini Body Mommy Week 6

Today I am officially on Day 42 of the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge!

I am going to measure myself this Saturday (Day 45) and share my results next Wednesday. Because I don't have a lot of weight to lose, measuring is the only way to gauge my results.
Each week this challenge consists of 3 days strength training, 3 days of cardio and one rest day.
For cardio this week, I ran one day, walked one day and yesterday I went to Slaughter Boot camp! My brother goes here one or two days a week depending on his schedule so he told me I should try it. It was HARD!!! They said I had a successful first class since I didn't throw up. Uhhh, WHAT?!? But it was awesome and I can't wait to go back!

Since I survived (barely) I rewarded myself:
Two of the strength training days were "Love Your Legs & Booty". Your legs feel like jello when your done but it feels good!

The other strength training day consisted of Body Builders. I was able to do 30 during the 10 minutes. They are much harder then they look but I know I did more this time then the last time we had to do them so I am proud of myself!
I have always heard how breakfast smoothies are so good for you but I always thought I just didn't have the time to make a smoothie in the morning. I've since realized, that if you know what your making, it takes just as much time as making a bowl of cereal or a bagel and you can drink it on your way to work. I'm hooked! They also keep me full till about 10:30 when I'm ready for a snack.
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Banana
1 cup strawberries&blueberries,
1 handful of Spinach
Blend & Enjoy
