Hi, I'm Crystal! I am so fortunate to have an amazing husband, rambunctious little boy and an overall awesome family! I work full time and am always trying to balance all the things I love: Family, Fitness, Scrap booking, Traveling and hanging out with family & friends. I am a recent vegetarian and wannabe vegan. I like to blog about being a mom, fitness, recipes and random everyday stuff!
I recently became a vegetarian and try my hardest (most days lol) to have NO dairy. This decision was based on a lot of research and by watching documentries such as Forks Over Knives and Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. When we started this lifestyle change in December of 2012, I was down 20 pounds by February. You can read about it here.
